HOVER-1™ RETURN POLICY

 

We love our HOVER-1 products, and we're excited for you to love them too!  

Returns policy for items purchased directly from www.Hover-1.com: 

The original purchaser may only return Hover-1 products within 30 days from the day the product was received as long as these requirements are fulfilled: 

  • Photos of the damaged packaging/item should be provided via email so that our team can advise accordingly 
  • the unused item is unopened (sealed in original packaging) with all included accessories 
  • An RMA is issued, and the insured package is scanned in by the carrier within 14 calendar days of the RMA being created. 
  • Parts/Accessories are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.  

Please be advised that: 

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and may take 7-14 business days to reflect on your account.  
  • Packages received after the 14-day RMA window will be refused at the sender's expense. 
  • Items determined by Hover-1 to have been returned in an unacceptable condition will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense or destroyed if the sender does not make arrangements for shipping within 10 days of notification 
  • If the item was purchased with a free shipping promotion, outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.  
  • Hover-1 cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please make sure you provide a valid, secure shipping address as carrier proof of delivery is considered delivery confirmation.  
  • The item may be returned to Hover-1 at the customer's expense using a trackable method.
