Reason for Recall: The e-scooters' brakes can fail, posing a risk of serious injury and crash hazard.

 

Action Required: Consumers should stop using the Dynamo scooters and contact DGL Group, Ltd. to initiate the refund process.

Be sure to include a photo of the serial number using the “attach a file” option. You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the refund process. Please enter your full and complete mailing address, including apartment, suite, floor, or lot. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; a street address is required.
